Ever feel mentally foggy for no reason?
Like you’re trying to move forward, but everything feels heavier than it should?

That’s often not a mental issue.
It’s an alignment issue.

We lose clarity when our values and our actions stop matching.

Saying “yes” to things you secretly resent.

Pursuing goals that don’t light you up.

Keeping peace externally while breaking peace internally.

Your body isn’t confused — it’s resisting the lie.
And the longer you ignore that misalignment, the louder the fog becomes.

Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder.
It comes from living truer.

If you want clarity, ask:

“What am I doing that I don’t believe in?”

“What parts of me am I suppressing to please others?”

The answers may sting — but they’ll also unlock your next level.
