A great leader:

• Creates space for others to grow

• Takes responsibility for the team’s failures

• Shares credit generously when success comes

• Keeps the mission above personal gain

Leadership is service.
The title is just an opportunity — the real work is in how you show up for the people who trust you.

The measure of a leader is not how far they go,
but how far their people go because of them.

If you want lasting influence, stop focusing on being “the leader” and start focusing on lifting others.
