It’s your mind <em data-start="1411" data-end="1444">processing unprocessed thoughts</em> — often for the first time that day.</p>
<p data-start="1483" data-end="1513">Here&#8217;s what’s really going on:</p>
<ul data-start="1514" data-end="1677">
<li data-start="1514" data-end="1576">
<p data-start="1516" data-end="1576">You’ve been suppressing emotions in favor of productivity.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1577" data-end="1628">
<p data-start="1579" data-end="1628">You’ve moved fast all day, skipping reflection.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1629" data-end="1677">
<p data-start="1631" data-end="1677">Now your brain, in silence, finally speaks up.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1679" data-end="1761">But clarity doesn’t come from <em data-start="1709" data-end="1726">thinking harder</em>.<br data-start="1727" data-end="1730" />It comes from <em data-start="1744" data-end="1760">pausing sooner</em>.</p>
<p data-start="1763" data-end="1773">Try these:</p>
<ul data-start="1774" data-end="1969">
<li data-start="1774" data-end="1838">
<p data-start="1776" data-end="1838">Journal a single page before bed (dump thoughts, no editing)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1839" data-end="1904">
<p data-start="1841" data-end="1904">Use “thought parking” — write ideas you’ll return to tomorrow</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1905" data-end="1969">
<p data-start="1907" data-end="1969">Instead of “stop thinking,” ask: “What am I avoiding feeling?”</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1971" data-end="2057">Peace of mind isn’t the absence of thought — it’s the absence of <em data-start="2036" data-end="2056">suppressed thought</em>.</p>
