Time management is overrated. You can schedule every minute of your day, but if you don’t have the energy to show up at your best, those hours are wasted.

The Problem: The Time Management Trap
People think productivity is about squeezing more into the calendar. But time is fixed. No matter how hard you try, you only get 24 hours.

The Shift: Focus on Energy
Your energy fuels your focus, creativity, and performance. When energy is low, even simple tasks feel overwhelming. When energy is high, you can achieve in one hour what might normally take three.

The Lesson: Peak Energy = Peak Performance
Instead of asking, “How do I manage my time?” ask, “How do I renew my energy?” Rest, nutrition, movement, and focus rituals all give you the edge that time management alone never will.

Energy is the true multiplier. Manage it well, and time takes care of itself.
